Aims

Transfer of the theoretical background in biological oceanography and marine ecology into conceptual and practical knowledge.

Objectives

Learning how to conceive a study from sampling to data anaysis and interpretation.
Learning how to identify biodiversity patterns from different samples
Learning how to characterize marine environments (benthic and pelagic)
Learning how to build simple models in marine ecology.
