As indicated in the applications' form, if you do not present an official/legal English-translated document, you must present the original along with a translated version.
It will depend on an analysis of your academic transcripts and courses' followed. This is the same for any other diplomas in the field of natural and biological sciences that are not listed in the admission-requirements page.
No. But you can submit your CLES certificate for assessment in comparison to the requirements. In case you are selected but your proficiency is considered insufficient, you will need to present a valid certificate to be able to start the programme.

You should upload a proof that your test is schedulled. The language-proficiency test results can be sent by email afterwards, as long as the application was submitted within the deadline.

Yes. You indicate the referees info in the application form, and they must send their reference letters (RLs) as explained in the references' section.

In principle no, since this is part of the selection proccess. Further explanation about this topic and allowed exceptions are given to selected students that confirm participation in the prgoramme.
As explained in the applications' form: place your preferred choices on top. You can add explanations along with your motivation for each semester mobility of studies. For instance, you can describe along with your motivation if you do not have a preference among your top 3 choices.

As indicated on our website,unfortunately, we cannot offer full scholarships or tuition-fee waivers for selected C2026 students. Applicants are encouraged to seek for other types of funding (Ex: potential grants offered by national-educational agencies; grants from international research&educational funding agencies, ...).
Students should first refer to the respective immigration authorities for accurate and up-to-date requirements for visa applications. Selected students that require a visa should enquiry about a type-D multi-entry visa. IMBRSea will provide selected students that confirm participation in the prgoramme with admission letters and other relevant supporting documents for visa applications, when necessary.
